just fyi our house is located in austin but we have a manor address only because we use there post office which people will get confused lol we have one room in a one story 3 bedroom two bath house you will have your own room and your own private bathroom and which includes all utilities water, gas, electricity, internet etc... and will have use of the entire house backyard, laundry,kitchen etc.. we do have one cat and one dog both are friendly it can be a month to month lease agreement if everything works out it can be one full year and so on and will be conducting interviews for a good roommate situation once everything is good will send the address and show the place of our house post will be taken down once it has become unavailable for rent
