Spiritual, vegan, senior gentleman is seeking a live-in assistant (you?) to do 40 hours per MONTH (not per week) of chores, including simple food preparation and housekeeping, in exchange for your own rent-free private room with brand new furniture and private bathroom in my beautiful, angelic house in a lovely, peaceful, safe suburb in northeast Austin (Pflugerville, Texas). Your private space (room, closet, and bathroom) totals 184 square feet. You will do chores every other day, which means you will have NO chores on the in-between days. PLUS, once every four weeks you get three no-chore days in a row. FLEXIBLE TIMING: on your chore days, you can do them at ANY time of the day, which means you can fit the chores in around your job or student schedule.
