Greetings, We have a furnished room for rent in Pflugerville. It has a shared bath with one other person. It is fully furnished to include a bed and tv. There is plenty of privacy if you require it. $700 a month is all inclusive except toiletries, personal items and meals. There is space in a spare refrig. and space in the pantry for non- perishables. You will also have kitchen privileges. No overnight guests allowed. There is a $300 deposit at move in plus 1st months' rent of $700. 30 day notice is required when vacating. Locals only need apply and renters with a stay period of at least a year preferred. Please submit a current photo of yourself for consideration. No pets of any kind are allowed.
