I am seeking trade professionals in carpentry and general home maintenance. Most work will be done on the large ranch house master bedroom and bath. You will meet with the man of the house for a walk through on his expectations and needs. I am here to facilitate and make sure it gets done.
This opportunity includes a work/trade option for the private room and bath during your monthly contribution time. The reduced rent amount is congruent with your skill level contribution.
If you wish to simply rent the room for the month without the work/trade option, the monthly rent is $1250. An additional refundable deposit of $500 is also required as well as two references.
The location is outside of Rosanky and String Prairie areas. You will need your own vehicle, preferably AWD/4WD. However I have a car and take my time down the 1 mile clay and red rock drive.
I am in my mid-40s, female, and will also be living at the ranch house where you are staying. Don't worry, there is plenty of privacy and space but we will be working together throughout the week and so should get to know one another to ensure compatibility. I have two chickens and a parrot in the home as well. No dogs or cats, sorry. We have cows at the moment.
The private bedroom is 14’ x 17’ with a large private bath.
