My husband and I are an older couple who maintain a peaceful, clean, quiet home. We have a room for rent for a professional. The best fit is someone who works a nine-to-five-type position outside the house. I work from my home office.

The room is set up as an efficiency and affords privacy for both the tenant and us. It is furnished with a memory foam full-sized bed, dresser, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen TV with Amazon Firestick, and ceiling fan. There is also a large fridge/freezer nearby. The laundry room and bathroom are right next to the room. There is a private entrance through the garage that leads into the space.

The rent is $700 a month and due on the first of every month. ***All utilities, etc., are included!
We are close to HEB, Anytime Fitness, The Outlet Mall, Old Settlers Park and more....
