I have one unfurnished room available in a 4 bedroom house. It is in Round Rock and walkable to HEB and other restaurants / shopping areas. The rental rate includes electricity, water, utilities and internet. You will have access to a full kitchen, large backyard, living area and washer and dryer (on-site).
Street parking / driveway parking is available as well.
There are 2 other people that live in the house (2 men) but we only are looking for one additional person to live in the house. The house is 1 story.
We do not smoke as there is no smoking allowed in / near the premises. There are 2 dogs in the house and we are not looking for additional pets.
There is a $300 deposit with a requirement of proof of income / background check
