Looking for an Austin agent with full ABOR/UnlockMLS access who can pull 12 complete MLS packets for several lakefront comps.
I need the full agent MLS downloads, including:
• Agent Full (Print All Tabs)
• All attached documents (seller’s disclosures, surveys, inspection PDFs, floorplans, etc.)
• Full photo sets (original MLS resolution)
• Full MLS history (DOM/CDOM, price changes, withdrawn periods)
• Parcel/flood maps
• Any uploaded agent files
This is not for buying or selling.
I simply need the complete MLS data packets for appraisal preparation.
