Maintenance Items:
• Awning is fully functional and intact (previous tears have been repaired), though it could use replacing for cosmetic reasons – approx. $100 per Amazon.
• Fueling station/tank isn’t currently working, but it should be a straightforward fix. The station and the hours log for the generator did not work when we bought the trailer from the original owner, but it's more than likely just a minor fix. You can still start the generator from inside the trailer; it just doesn't log the hours.
• Brand-new refrigerator (purchased in 2025) could benefit from a trim-out for better aesthetics.
• Blind behind the couch, won't stay up by itself without a prop, but it's still usable.
• Screen door bottom hinge is broken and side of the fabric came out of the frame, but it is still usable.
