The water and electrical work. It contains a functioning A/C, refrigerator, and toilet.
The floor is a bit warped and the door needs to be slammed to shut. Beyond that, it's in great condition.
Due to lack of title, you may want to haul it out on a trailer, but I leave that to your discretion. The tires seem to be full of air and ready to roll.
