Some upgrades like backup camera, ceramic tinted windshield so you don't cook to death, newish TV, spare tire (not promising date on that thing).
I'm selling this unit as it belonged to my father and he recently passed. I do not know much about them and only borrowed it once ages ago. It has some deferred maintenance on it that needs to be done such as:
Re-seal electrical cable door
Clean ceiling from previous leak that was repaired (I will attempt tomorrow)
Check awning as I don't know how to get it to unfold
It hasn't had propane in it forever so I don't know if that stuff works
Additionally it has one of the table benches removed and a recliner installed as my father could not sleep in a bed. It's practically brand new as he never was able to use it either. I'm debating removing it as it could still be a benefit to some.
It was maintenanced regularly at the dealer while he could still use it, after that it just sat. I recently had it detailed and the exterior turned out pretty good, but it could use more attention to detail as this was just a first pass. 48K miles is ridiculously low for a 20 year old RV, and they bought it with 18K on it in 2017, so it had low miles on it then too. Again, anyone who has the time to spend a little bit on this unit will be getting a good deal, I just don't know anything other than what I've posted here about it.
$30K at the moment, taking it to a dealer tomorrow to see what all I mentioned above will cost to fix. Price will likely go up if I do those as current pricing on these with higher mileage is much more.
Title is clean and in-hand. Cash only. Transactions and inspections will take place at the Buda Police Department parking lot. Test drives will require current DL to be shown.
