Selling RV in good condition new AC units in living area and bedroom both have 5 year warranty they were replaced in 2024 and have rarely been used. Refrigerator was also replaced in 2024 with a new unit it also has warranty. Has both gas and electric heating partially refurbished motor for bedroom slide out needs to be replaced but can still be extended and retracted manually with crank. Has 2 bathrooms one in the bedroom and one in the living room area, bedroom bathroom has shower and 2 sinks (see attached image.) toilet pipe does have some limestone build up so water pressure is a little weak, floor board may need replacing in the future because of condensation on the boards but I can still move around freely and have had up to 6 people in RV without issues. The Rv also has heating pads on the tanks and insulated water lines to keep them from freezing which can be turned on during cold weather.
