Great floorplan with upgraded wood cabinents, microwave, stove, refridgerator/freezer runs on propane or electric, air conditioner, TV and speakers throughout all in good working condition. Bathroom has a separate shower and lots of storage. Enter the bathroom from the living room or bedroom doors.
Front door, water heater, breakers, dual propane tank regulator and city water hookup all new. Trailer just serviced and inspected by Fun Town RV in Giddings. Awning, roof coating, tires, rims, black water tank, outdoor shower all replaced in the last 2 years. Used only on holidays and long weekends, so in excellent condition.
Needs: Plastic cover for air conditioner in living room, new coat of roof coating (bucket of coating included) possible fuse or motor for the awning; used it once, but it was usually too windy to put out without risk of bending.
