o The armstrong air conditioner has been serviced regularly and works great.
o The gas heater has works since we bought the trailer, though we use a portable electric heater mostly.

o A freshwater tank was fabricated and installed replacing the original. On a recent camping trip there was enough water for showers for two people for three days.
o The hot water heater was replaced before we bought it. The pilot/igniter was replaced three years ago. We have always enjoyed reliable hot water.
The stove cabinet needs redone, but all works mechanically, and none would stand in the way of a trip right now. When the new stove was installed, the kitchen counter was damaged. The two 7 gal. propane tanks are nearly full. The tires are kind of new, perhaps two thousand miles. The trailer was painted in 1997 and could use new clear coat. The sale includes the sway bars and hitch. Our Airstream continues to be a very livable trailer. CASH, LOCAL sale only in person, if posted its still AVAILABLE , no exceptions.
