Modest Mid Century House for Filming

I'm with a film production looking for a modest single family working/ middle class home that leans towards a mid to late 20th century style, without modern renovations . Low ceilings, claustrophobic halls, decent natural light, and open sightlines between rooms would also be great. Reference images are attached.
We are flexible but hoping to shoot late spring for 2 days. We'll have 8-10 crew, a very minimal footprint, no stunts, and minimal noise. We will of course provide payment, as well as a finders fee to anyone who can help connect us with a location.
