NSS is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated team player to join our team as an
Inventory & Fleet Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting our operations by managing
inventory, coordinating materials for projects, and overseeing company fleet maintenance.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our Sales Team and Project Managers to ensure materials
are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently. This role also includes maintaining warehouse
organization, coordinating shipping and logistics, and managing company vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Create purchase orders and procure materials based on project requirements
• Maintain appropriate office and warehouse stock levels
• Pull inventory items and prepare materials for projects
• Process returns to manufacturers and third■party repair shops
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing equipment shipments
• Conduct regular warehouse audits to ensure inventory accuracy and organization
• Schedule and track maintenance for company fleet vehicles
• Maintain service logs for company vehicles and equipment
• Coordinate equipment repairs and service needs
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth material flow
• Maintain warehouse organization and operational efficiency
• Run offsite errands or travel to job sites as needed
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Computer proficiency including data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Respect for people, company standards, and internal processes
