We are looking for competent, licensed Security Officers with
Military or retired law enforcement experience;
Active duty deployment into conflict. Personal Protection experience
Or Ex-law enforcement retired with Personal Protection experience.
Individual must have good communication, interpersonal skills, ethical, keeps personal life separate from work, dose not allow personal life interfere with work.
Must have guard card in hand and all duty gear gun level 2 holster minimum baton less lethal a minimum of 4 magazines.
You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
Night shifts for new hires. We offer new day shifts to existing employees before new hires. Some weekends, holidays and overnights are required.

Qualifications
Core skills in security and conflict management
Premium skills in first aid, law enforcement, surveillance, CPR, and military background
Relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention
Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
Certification in security training or related field is a plus
