Ranger Guard & Investigations is seeking disciplined, high-competence Armed Security Officers for immediate placement at a specific site in the Austin area. We prioritize candidates with military or law enforcement backgrounds who bring a professional "command presence" to the team.
📋 Candidate Requirements
We are looking for elite professionals. To be considered, you must meet the following:
Flexibility: Must be willing to work both Armed and Unarmed sites as needed.
Licensing: Active Texas Level 3 (Commissioned) Guard Card in hand.
Experience: Military (Combat/Conflict deployment preferred) or Retired Law Enforcement.
Gear: Must possess all duty gear (Firearm, Level 2+ holster, baton, less-lethal, and minimum 4 magazines).
Reliability: Ability to separate personal life from professional duties; zero-tolerance for attendance issues.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter vandalism, theft, and criminal activity.
Conduct surveillance and detect suspicious behavior with a high level of observation.
Handle conflict management and perpetrators with professional authority and calm.
Maintain safety standards and ensure problem-free working conditions for our clients.
📅 Schedule Details
Immediate Start Required.
New Hires: Primarily Night, Overnight, and Weekend shifts.
Note: Day shifts are offered to existing employees based on seniority.
🛠️ Qualifications at a Glance
Required: Texas Security License & Valid Driver’s License.
Required: Minimum 1 year of Security experience.
Preferred: Veterans (Highly Encouraged), First Aid/CPR Certification, CCTV/Loss Prevention experience.
