Join Our Team: Unarmed Security Position for Veterans & Former Law Enforcement
Requirements:
-Ex-military or retired law enforcement.
-Active duty deployment into conflict. Personal Protection experience.
-Ex-law enforcement retired with Personal Protection experience.
-Individual must have good communication, interpersonal skills, ethical, keeps personal life separate from work, dose not allow personal life interfere with work.
-You will be responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free.
-Night shifts for new hires. We offer new day shifts to existing employees before new hires. Some weekends, holidays and overnights are required.

Unarmed officers must be able/have:
-Level 2 license
-Must be drug free. We are a drug free workplace.
-Must have your own reliable transportation and cell phone.
-Must be professional in demeanor and work ethic (we don’t tolerate call offs) · Must be able to read and write English fluently
-Must have valid Texas Driver's License and Social Security Card
-Must have a valid Texas Private Security Commissioned Security Officer License card in hand.
-Core skills in security and conflict management
-Premium skills in first aid, law enforcement, surveillance, CPR, and military background
-Relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention
-Strong communication and decision-making abilities
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
-Certification in security training or related field is a plus
Physical Requirements:
-Environment: Indoor and outdoor, temperature ranges from moderate to extreme cold and heat Major activity: Walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing
-Physical efforts to carry out job duties: Standing, walking, and sitting. Minimal to no stooping or kneeling.
Other Requirements:
-Must be at least 21 years old.
-Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
-Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable.
*Pay rates are determined based on experience, job site, and availability.
