Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the 24/7 Security Manager ensures proper building security controls including technical projects and processes for the company by company policies and procedures; oversees and manages building staff including team leaders; and assists with large events onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordine scheduling of all staff on 24/7 Security Team
- Manage the building security controls and technical projects and processes for the company to ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets
- Oversee and manage security staff including training, coaching, and mentoring to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee and manage the security licensing and tracking for 24/7 and Event Security staff to ensure compliance with local/ste regulions
- Understand and implement policies, procedures, and tracking systems th align with the local union collective bargaining agreement.
- Communice regularly with various clients to ensure accure and up-to-de informion is being shared and client expections and understood and being met.
- Assist the Events Account Manager with all major stadium events including the planning, scheduling, coordining, and directing of operions
- Travel to local meetings acting as liaison to local law enforcement, local event management and company staff as needed
- Lead and assist in investigions and crisis management using technology and working with clients; may be required to provide documention and consultion in response to legal action
- Foster and develop cooperive relionships with local law enforcement
- Properly handle all Company equipment, including radios, computer equipment, flashlight, uniforms, etc.
- Assist with other events taking place in Texas
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Minimum Qualificions:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of security experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing people and teams
- Ability to travel locally (site is on bus and light rail lines)
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualificions:
- Experience with a visitor management system
- Experience with staffing over 200 hours per week
- Experience with a building prol touring system
- Previous military or law enforcement experience
Physical and Mental Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, it is required to frequently sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear.
- Required to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- On occasion, may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The position may also require work in confined spaces and exposure to different types of outdoor weher conditions.
- Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
