Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a prestigious downtown Austin high-rise property. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and smooth operation of the site while managing a team of security professionals.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead on-site security personnel during assigned shifts
• Ensure consistent enforcement of post orders, policies, and procedures
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and tenants
• Conduct regular patrols of the property (interior and exterior)
• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and security alarms
• Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and tenant concerns
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
• Train, coach, and develop security officers to maintain high performance standards
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence at all times

Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of security supervisory experience (high-rise or commercial preferred)
• Active Texas security license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with access control systems and surveillance monitoring
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
• Strong report writing and incident documentation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
