Hi I'm James and I have a 7 year old dog, we're looking for a room to rent and hoping to move in around July 31st but thats negotiable. Ideally rent would be around 500-800. I am very quiet and clean, I'm a baker so most of my time is spent in the kitchen if I'm in the common areas. I work a lot so when I'm home I'm usually sleeping. I dont smoke but I do use vapes and I do not drink or use hard drugs. I have my own bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room works best and I work downtown so anywhere south or near downtown would be ideal, I am currently in 78747 though so as long as there is a bus nearby I'm good. I am looking for a temporary situation, 1-2 years while I save some money and look for a more permanent place to live. My credit is not great unfortunately but I do work full time and I can provide current employment verification and I can show my rent history and current rental agreement to show that I'm honest. I'm just a guy trying to rebuild his life after a lot of bad luck, and my landlord now has been terrorizing me and I'm pretty desperately seeking to move anywhere more peaceful. I'm reserved but I am very friendly, just a little shy and awkward. My dog loves everyone immediately tho so brace for that. I can explain anything further but I really need some help and somewhere safe to try and get everything back together. Lgbt friendly only please.
