Hi, my name is James. I'm 31 and I have a 7yr old borde collie mix named Banjo. We are looking for a room to rent, I'm hoping for monthly rent around 700 or 800. I would like to move asap, I'm currently living with my ex and its not working out. I'm gay so somewhere lgbt friendly would be ideal and I am hoping to be able to stay near-ish to downtown.
