Embroidery machine and artist human looking for rental (New Orleans)

Howdy! I just moved back from new orleans and am looking for a live/workspace situation. My bread n butter work is embroidering on vintage/thrift clothing. I also keep myself busy with all kinds of other art projects so im looking for a space i can spread out in a little. Im not at all concerned about where i wind up, just somewhere around austin. Also i dont mind a fixer-upper as im fine with putting in some work to make a space nice. I just really want to live where i can work on projects at all hours. Any small warehouses, giant garages, studios out there?
Ive had many responders with questions so im gonna answer them here.
Im a 51 yr. Old male, old school weirdo/alternative/punk lifestyle. I dont drink ever but im an outside smoker, i know, gross. I also play music, fish, run almost daily, hit thrift stores often, take in as much art as possible, play poker, watch documentaries and am a saints fan.
My machine is BIG, 8' × 4'. I didnt need such a big machine but it was a great deal and i couldnt pass it up. I only work on my embroidery projects, not a commercial embroiderer.
Im not particularly looking for a house share/roommate situation, it was the best option given here. Not opposed either, ha.
Im definitely laid back, easy going and open minded. I dont think outside the box, i question the existence of the box.
