Late 30’s male seeking room to rent, in a house (as opposed to apartment, townhouse, etc.), within the Northwestern or Western side of Austin, and within 15 miles of zip code 78738.

I currently living in San Antonio, so seeing the place may not be expedient, but I will try to make time.

ME:
Generally very clean, relatively quiet, no pets, don’t watch much TV, and don’t have a lot of stuff to move.

I can say more about me, but rather than write a book here, why don’t we correspond first and you can send any questions my way.

The main thing I require is a room at least 10 x10 and my own private bathroom. Aside from all the regular, reasonable tenant enjoyments, those two things are my only must-haves.

Month-to-month or 6-month leases are preferable, but please reach out even if that is not what you’re seeking, because we never know. I could like what you’re offering.
