Hi – I'm a Canadian green card holder with temporary residency in Mexico. To stay on the good side of Uncle Sam (and not jeopardize my green card) I'm looking to rent a nice room in a nice house in Austin for 4-6 weeks per year I need to be in the States for the next couple of years. I would also need to receive mail at the address. Happy to pay about $2,000 a year, negotiable depending on place. More about me – former foreign correspondent turned business owner, Ivy-league educated, global citizen. Married, polite, tidy and quiet.
