A good painter here, and a partner if needed, prefer to work alone without anyone in place, sometimes require as I am a very good painter. Know many color schemes, and have a very steady stroke. Prefer to work alone. And, keep my customers confidential. Have been painting a long while, do not drink, smoke, vape, or abuse any substances. So, jobs turn out well, clean, and straight. Am in pretty good shape, and would love to help. Have a ladder, but prefer to use yours. Throughout years in helping to paint my clients have been kept very happy through my services, and I have helped their companies by giving them five star ratings on easy to work for, and wonderful people as well. However, am experienced at painting. Meaning, know when a job is $1K, and prefer to bid when a job is big. Breadcrumbing is something I cannot endure, as I own my company. Also, a native Coloradoan. Which is 4th rank nationally according U.S. News and World Report for single people. Thus, if you are single and would like help, all babes welcome here! So, when I say I do not want micromanaged, mean it. Why? My purpose is to help, not hate you : ) And, do not try, as it never works when owners are home when I am painting, or the like. I do not stain outdoor fences, paint I may consider, but you cannot be home, singleness in a purpose to help you, not hurt you. Meaning, do to nature involvement working, do not do well with people in the home am painting. Toxins may make me a little aggressive, as well as how much movement is involved, adrenaline takes place, as well as just how I am. You have to accept how I am, in order to have me paint for you. Am good however at discussing colors and what makes people more comfortable in a home. Obscurely, went to an Ivy League university and understand good sales colors, and human behaviors in association to color.
If you would prefer someone as good as me, you may have to change a little, only for this situation. I understand painting is a hassle for you, costs a little more than you hope to spend, in long run is nice to have complete, and will make you happy. Just have to act sweet and trust me.
