Looking for a motivated individual to help fill beds in our sober living and transitional housing properties in the Austin area.
Responsibilities:
• Post and manage online ads
• Respond to calls, texts, and inquiries
• Schedule and conduct property tours
• Coordinate resident move-ins
• Build referral relationships with treatment and recovery professionals
Compensation:
• 100% commission-based
• Paid for each successful resident placement
• Flexible schedule, work remotely
Sales, leasing, property management, or recovery industry experience is a plus.
