What You Need
- B2B appointment setting or sales development experience preferred
- Strong work ethic — reliable, disciplined, and consistent
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and productivity tools
- Quiet home office with fast computer, reliable internet, and quality headset
- Familiar with Google Sheets and Slack
- Adaptable, organized, and accountable
- Punctuality and availability during scheduled hours are non-negotiable
