Required to engage in the lead generation chat process with potential clients with the goal of booking potential clients on sales calls through social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram.
Learning and mastering the “Messenger Process” utilized for organic lead generation.
Engaging in “Messenger Process” lead generation strategy on social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and via email inquiries to create conversations with potential leads with the goal of booking leads on a sales call.
Keeping a detailed log of leads generated and weekly leads per hour performance.
Attend daily Team Huddle meetings with the entire company.
Maintaining an average 0.75/hr lead generation KPI.
Contribute to the critical number of the company (total active clients) by generating high quality leads for the sales team that have a 70% close rate.
Sales or retail experience is preferred
Experience working with social platforms Instagram and Facebook
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must be adaptive in a fast paced learning environment
Must be the living example of the LifeChanger culture at all times.
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings (schedule will be created with other team members in advance)
Must be extremely coachable. Able to receive and implement feedback on their performance
Track hours and tasks completed through Google Docs/Sheets
