We are a growing women-owned business serving Central Texas with high-quality reusable wiping rags and sustainable textile solutions. Our products help manufacturers, automotive shops, industrial facilities, and commercial businesses reduce waste while improving operational efficiency.
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative who is passionate about helping customers find practical, environmentally responsible solutions and is excited to contribute to the growth of a locally owned company.
What You'll Do
• Develop new business opportunities throughout Central Texas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, manufacturing, automotive, and commercial customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend cost-effective wiping and cleaning solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing and account growth.
• Work closely with leadership to execute growth strategies and expand market share.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to annual revenue growth of 15% or more.
What We're Looking For
• Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, industrial sales, or related industries.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for sustainability, waste reduction, and environmentally responsible business practices.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Texas.
