The role:

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR to join our Partner Success Manager team! A Partner Success Manager will be responsible for servicing our retail Partners and increasing usage of our proprietary technology. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a smart, self-motivated individual to join a fast-growing company and be Sunbit’s day-to-day link to our key retail partners in a region.

Job Description:

Drive daily Sunbit usage by coaching and removing product objections and technical issues that prevent retail associates from offering Sunbit
Be the primary, daily focal point for retailers who implemented Sunbit technology
Travel to Sunbit partner sites, including out-of-state locations, as needed to develop strong working relationships with retail management and associates to ensure partners are leveraging Sunbit to optimize their business
Regularly monitor retail partner performance and proactively address underperforming partners
Participate in activating a new retail partner to ensure future ongoing use of Sunbit and lead training sessions for new retail associates
Assist Sunbit sales leadership in expanding successful pilots across the region
Monitor partner advancement through the onboarding phase, continuously analyze usage, find an execute solutions to maintain strong usage
Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to the Sunbit product and training teams
Educate retailers on and execute on rollout of new Sunbit product functionality, best practices, etc’
Experience / Skills Required:

A minimum of four years of sales experience, preferably working with mid-size retailers
Understanding of the retail ecosystem
Experience in coaching
Excellent verbal and written communication skills & facilitation skills
Intelligent, go getter, ambitious, self-motivated and hungry for success
Organized. Great time management skills with ability to self-manage
Valid driver’s license; Travel is required up to 75%. Including out-of-state locations
