Our Inside Sales Team is the foundation and the heartbeat of our national team. Working out of the Headquarters office in Austin, the purpose of this role is to drive high quality appointments to our Field Agent Team. As an ISA on our team, you will have the opportunity transform your life as a byproduct of the standards you will be held to here and the people and ideas you will be surrounded by. You will transform the lives of the agents you support by your diligent work. And you will transform the lives of the buyers and sellers you talk with everyday to help them move forward in one of the biggest transitions an individual or family faces.
-Become an expert on the evolving real estate market.
-Consistently hit daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
-Accurately present The Heyl Group’s unique value proposition and overcome objections to set appointments for our Field Agents.
-Develop elite phone sales skills

-Strong willingness to prospect over the phone (Ability to spend 80% of your workday on the phone.)
-Ability to use or quickly learn Google Apps/Calendar, Salesforce, Multiple Listing Service and other technologies as needed.
