Texan Windows is hiring part-time canvassers to visit assigned neighborhoods, introduce our replacement windows, and collect basic contact information from interested homeowners.
Responsibilities include door-to-door outreach, friendly conversations with homeowners, answering basic questions using company training, taking exterior photos when appropriate, and keeping accurate records of leads and responses.
Canvassers do not measure windows, create estimates, or close deals at the door. Interested homeowners are passed to our General Manager for follow-up and estimating.
Must be reliable, professional, comfortable talking to people, able to work outdoors, and able to use a smartphone for photos and basic lead information. Prior canvassing, sales, customer service, or home improvement experience is helpful, but not required.
Applicants should be available for flexible weekday afternoon/evening shifts, typically 4-8 PM, and Saturday shifts, typically 9 AM-2 PM. Base pay is $17-$20/hour depending on experience, with additional bonuses available for qualified leads and sold jobs.
For the right person, this part-time role could grow into a larger outreach or sales position.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
