Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through a mix of marketing, referrals, and outreach
• Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs
• Present tailored roofing solutions based on individual client requirements
• Handle negotiations and close deals, managing your pipeline effectively
• Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely project completion
• Manage preferred contractor claims with several insurance companies.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of sales experience in any field (roofing or construction experience a plus)
• Proficiency in using Xactimate and Simbility to write insurance reports for roofing and restoration work as a
preferred contractor.
• Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
