Propane Plus, LLC is seeking a high energy, highly motivated, self-driven and disciplined salesperson, who has experience in sales, preferably in propane. The candidate must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and have a high aptitude for driving success and growth through results. Responsibilities include: (1) Develop and maintain relationships with businesses and industry entities such as home builder associations, real estate companies, and other trade organizations to cultivate new business prospects. (2) Actively participate in industry organizations and attend trade shows to continually build a professional network. (3) Pursue targeted new business and negotiate new sales agreements to increase customer base year over year. Follow up on sales leads. Call or visit potential customers, initiate mailings and other related activities. (4) Write, negotiate and close sales contracts and service agreements. Improve and meet required productivity/sales goals. (5) Promote a positive, professional image of Propane Plus to create customer goodwill and foster referrals and repeat business. (6) Follow up with new accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of job. (6) Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure continual customer satisfaction. (7) Work with new accounts to help with permitting process when needed. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Good driving record; High work ethic and motivation; and, Propane industry experience (preferred).
