We are a lead generation company no selling involved
Duties:
Recruit & Training
Outbound/Inbound calls
Oversee appointment reps to attain and exceed KPI’s
Call appointments to provide information and transfer to our clients
AR Manager:
33 Hours a week
$750 Weekly Base
Meeting KPI’s will add an additional $600+ per week
50 weeks 2 off (Week of Thanksgiving & Christmas)
3 paid weeks off (after 6 Months 45 Day Notice)
$1,350+ per week
Schedule:
Day - Mon to Fri 9 to 4 hours up to 35 - 30 hours with ½ hour break
Evening - Sun 12 to 6 Mon to Thu 3 to 10 - 30 hours with ½ hour break
Every other Sat 11 to 4 = 35 to 40 hours
Requirements
- 2 years+ of outbound experience Business to Consumer
- 1 year+ experience managing a team or teams
- Must be open and willing to learn
- Be able to work with others
- Have a great work ethic
- Computer with Internet Access and USB Headset
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
