EMPWR Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured residential & commercial electrical company serving the Austin/Pflugerville area. We’re looking for a confident, experienced communicator who can help us build relationships with property management companies and get us in the door as a preferred electrical vendor.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for outreach to property management firms and related agencies to introduce EMPWR Electric, start vendor conversations, and move partnerships forward.
Key responsibilities:
Call and email property management companies using a provided script/outline
Identify the right contact (vendor manager, maintenance coordinator, property manager, etc.)
Pitch our services clearly and confidently
Schedule introductions/meetings and track follow-ups
Complete onboarding/vendor forms and help submit required documents (W-9, insurance, licenses, etc.)
Keep organized notes in a simple tracker (Google Sheet/CRM)
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a good fit if you:
Have sales, appointment setting, or business development experience
Can speak professionally and persuasively without sounding “salesy”
Are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Are organized and follow up like a pro
Can handle basic admin tasks (forms, emails, document uploads)
Have a calm, confident phone presence and strong writing skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
What Success Looks Like
By the end of 4 weeks, we want:
Consistent outreach activity and follow-up
Multiple vendor onboarding packets submitted and in progress
New partnership opportunities in the pipeline
