16 ft Casita travel trailer for sale. No title, only bill of sale. Needs minor plumbing and electrical. Made of fiberglass, so no leaks or mold, the shell is solid as a rock. Floor is solid, axle is good, tires are good, light weight, pulls easily. Casita has a shower and toilet, and a full length closet. Stove, oven, and sink have all been removed. I was planning to do a summer project, but plans changed. Once restored this trailer will be valued at 8-10k. Serious inquiries only. Need to sell this week, I will be moving. 480p.00 or reasonable offer.
Pick up off 812 in Elroy by the cota race track.
I have been living in this for 6+ months. It's cozy and I hate to see it go. Hopefully you will love it as much as I do!
