The Bread Board System (TBBS) and eSoft
TBBS stands for The Bread Board System, a pioneering bulletin board system (BBS) software developed by eSoft in the 1980s. It was highly customizable and allowed multiple users to access the system simultaneously, a significant feature for its time. eSoft later developed the IPAD (Internet Protocol Adapter) to bridge TBBS with the emerging internet.
e-TB Manager
The e-TB Manager is a comprehensive, web-based digital health platform used by National Tuberculosis Programs (NTPs) to manage information related to the prevention, care, surveillance, and control of tuberculosis (TB) and drug-resistant TB (DR-TB). It was developed by the Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) Program with support from USAID and WHO.
