The card is fully working. I've replaced the thermal paste and pads as I moved it from a fully water cooled setup back to its original heat sink and fan.

I also have the water cooling parts if you so desire to purchase them for another $50 dollars. It is the full back plate and cooler from EKWB, EK-Quantum Vector TUF RTX 3080/3090 D-RGB - Nickel + Plexi, and EK-Quantum Vector TUF RTX 3080/3090 Active Backplate D-RGB - Plexi. The water cooling setup comes with all the required parts and screws needed. You'll want to source new thermal pads and paste for yourself.
