Waterloo Barbershop is seeking a talented, motivated Barber or Licensed Cosmetologist who is passionate about men’s grooming and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
We are a boutique, high-end neighborhood barbershop focused on quality over quantity. Our goal is simple: deliver outstanding haircuts, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere where both clients and team members enjoy spending their time.

What You’ll Do
• Deliver precision haircuts and men’s grooming services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
• Work as part of a supportive, respectful team.
• Recommend retail products when appropriate to help clients maintain their style.
Qualifications
• Current Texas Barber or Cosmetology License.
• Strong clipper and shear skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow.
• Passion for learning and continually improving your craft.
