MEDICAL RECEPTOINIST DUTIES:
PATIENT INTERACTION
Provide exceptional customer service—100% of the time
Answer calls, explain our services, and interact face-to-face with patients
Make marketing recommendations
Take vitals (training provided), check insurance benefits, and assist with treatments like flexion distraction
DOCTOR INTERACTION
Coordinate care plans with doctors, therapists, and other staff
Assist with patient case management and treatment plans
