We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized "can do everything" Studio Assistant to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience studio hours and events.
Position Summary
This entry-level position is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow in a professional, community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
We need a "can do everything" person. WILL TRAIN.
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional, inviting space
Support instructors with class setup and studio needs
Assist with social media posts and photography, promotions, and community events
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism
Qualifications
We will train, no experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and reliable
Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus)
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
The PLAN: You start as a Studio Assistant in APRIL ($14/hr part time or full time), for 30 days, immediate promotion by MAY if it's a great fit. If we feel you will be a better fit as a Pilates Instructor with us we will discuss what that looks like to pivot into 3 months of education to become a teacher with us and our locations. The goal is to grow with the growing company and promotions.
