The plastic is in great condition. There's one small gouge on a 15 pounder, shown in last pic. The loose plastic is still there. An easy fix. A crude fix would be to put a lighter to it to fuse it together. There're better ways to fix it tho. Again, the plastic is not dry drotted, ..far from it. Three twenty dollar bills.
