This is a Lifetime brand portable hoop. The base is filled with sand, so will take some effort to move.

The top portion can be easily bolted in place. However, the backboard has fallen off and needs to be glued back on.

The post is 90" tall, I don't know if it can be adjusted to be taller than that.
