condition: good
make / manufacturer: Holiday Rambler
model name / number: Admiral
2008 Holiday Rambler Admiral. Class A motorhome built on a Workhorse/F-Series chassis, gas-powered 8.1L GM V8. Title is missing, replacement paperwork in progress, fees covered by seller. VIN 5B4MP67G733358546. Located off Chicon St in ATX. Starts, runs and drives! Tires in fair condition. Did have a fuel issue recently, which has been resolved by replacing the fuel pump, throttle body and fuel pressure regulator. Has a 4k watt Onan generator and all hookup adapters. Rooftop A/C runs but has issues, diagnosed to need a control board and a thermostat. Needs an A//C cover, original lost in transit. Roof shows no signs of leaking with the ceiling interior in excellent condition, as well as exterior roof. Has a 3 phase fridge, believed operational but have not used it. RV has been used as storage since purchase, it is winterized as well.
See photos for bedroom floor, it needs replacement. The hole in front of the bed is from previous owner. Attempting to replace the fuel pump and not wanting to drop the massive 75 gal. fuel tank. Patch on the side of the bed appears to be perhaps a leak from the slide out. Front steps need replacement motor to stay open. Currently held open with a clamp. Two slide outs, living room and bedroom. Each slideout has an independent awning, bringing the total to three awnings; however the main awning is non-functional. Have not diagnosed the issue. Ample interior/exterior storage compartments, some cabinetry work needed on interior (see photos), but nothing to extensive. Outside compartments are all functional and lock. Power-leveling jacks - front and rear - which are operable. Specifications according to vin lookup:
Length: 31 ft
Width / Height: 8.38 ft wide, 12.5–12.75 ft high; interior height ~7 ft
Water Capacity: Fresh 60 gal, Gray ~43 gal, Black ~42 gal
Propane Tank: 20 gal (~85 lb)
Fuel Tank: 75 gal
GVWR: Around 20,500–22,000 lb; towing capacity 5,000 lb

Message for more details and photos. I have more photos, capped at 24 on CL.
