Selling a Technogym Element+ Lower Back Bench (Roman Chair / back-extension / GHD). This is the real commercial-gym piece, the same brand you see in high-end gyms and hotels, not a big-box home bench.

Condition: like new. Bought for home, barely used, lived indoors the whole time. No rips, no rust, pads are clean, everything adjusts smoothly.

What you can train on it:
- Back extensions / hyperextensions (lower back)
- Glute-ham raises and posterior chain work
- GHD sit-ups and core
- Glutes and hamstrings

Specs: 79 lbs, 42 x 30 x 30 in, adjustable pad height (quick pin), wide foot platforms, full commercial-standard frame.
