New Exercise Machine - Rodeo Core. Got for Christmas, assembled, sat on it for about 5 minutes to make sure assembly was sound, and then never used it. I had a back injury shortly after receiving and this motion isn't advisable for me now, my loss, your gain!!

Rodeo Core simulates the motions of horseback riding to tone your midsection and core. Machine is compact and quiet because it is body propelled and therefore no noisy motor. Stimulates heart, blood vessels, tones abs, back, glutes, and legs at the same time. Sit on the saddle, put feet on pedals, then lean forward and back to get the correct smooth swinging motion. 10 minute sessions burn as many calories as walking for an hour. Seat is adjustable, max weight capacity is 250 pounds.
