Pics are of the actual tent. Got it home only to find out that it was too heavy for the Kayak trailer rack I was going to put it on. Looks to be in great shape. 95x56x51 when open. Very high quality tent. No ladder but available on Amazon & Temu or if you want an original, at Smittybilt. If you know the brand and the quality of this tent, then you know its worth.
