8 Vintage African Mounts from Private Collection - $1 (Round Rock)

Preference is to sell the collection in one lot. Looking for the Best Offer in single lot sale. We will consider selling individual heads: please see individual pricing below. Please keep lowball offers to yourself; most of these are once in a lifetime animals.
African Sable Antelope Shoulder Mount – WOW! - $1,975. This is a spectacular mount with ridiculously long horns. This animal was mounted in South Africa in mid 80’s (along with rest below) and is in very good condition.
African Reedbuck Shoulder Mount - $695. This mount is in very good condition and is representative of wetland antelope.
African Lechwe Shoulder Mount - $795. This mount is in very good condition and is an excellent representative antelope from the Okavango wetlands.
African Buffalo Shoulder Mount with Massive Horns - $1,650. This mount is a beast and in good condition, but has some minor damage/worn spots – see photos. The skin on the nose has cracked which is easily fixed by a permanent marker – we just didn’t want to try to hide it prior to sale. Also each ear has minor wear marks from the last shipping container.
Lot of 2 – African Sitatunga Antelope Shoulder Mounts - $1,395. These are special trophies – A very unique animal that lives it’s whole life in the flooded swamps / marsh land walking reed to reed with adapted hooves. Both mounts are in very good condition and representative of the species.
African Steenbuck Shoulder Mount - $295. Unique, 20 – 25 lbs. 20” tall, antelope that lives in savannah. Mount is in very good condition.
African Tsessebe Shoulder Mount - $875 This antelope is from the same family as the Wildebeest and the Hartebeest, and is characterized by an ungainly appearance. This mount is in good condition and is a good representative of the species.
